• The art storage facility is environmentally controlled. Our system controls both temperature and humidity with an alert system that provides notice when one or both of these factors move outside established parameters.
• The art storage room is constructed with four-hour fire resistant concrete walls with its own foundation. It is equipped with passive smoke detection, and an FM-200 gas fire suppression system.
• Our high-tech security access and environmental controls are monitored 24/7 by a highly trained staff, which ensures maximum security.
