Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team.  As Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for performing various duties such as receiving and processing incoming inventory, picking and filling orders, processing and shipping orders, and managing, organizing and retrieving inventory and other duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle Incoming/Outgoing shipments, and general warehouse work
  • Process, assign and file incoming inventory into Record Center locations
  • Maintain neat and orderly work area
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members
  • Observe safety procedures and report any safety issues
  • Perform all physical requirements without assistance
  • Travel between facilities when necessary
  • Mentor others as opportunities arise
  • Work on your feet all day
  • Lift, load and move boxes (average weight: 40 pounds)

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of warehouse operations with the ability to place and retrieve items in a safe and timely manner; preferably with bar-coding experience
  • Proficient with a fork lift, reach truck and pallet jack
  • Proficient with an RF scanner
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Basic math, reading and basic computer skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure
  • Self-motivated with minimum supervision required
  • Strong attention to detail

Salary: $15.00 per hour

Work Hours: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm

Reports To: Operations Manager
